Shawn and Bruce at Capital Cooler Rentals were integral in the success of Canada’s Table, our little dinner party for 1,000 last summer celebrating Canada’s 150. Their fabulous refrigeration systems and amazing service made it easy for all the visiting chefs to do their very best, in what was a challenging environment.
